THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify, at any time, the commercial offer of its website (modifications of products, prices, promotions, and other comercial and service conditions). These changes will not affect any purchases already made.
To make a purchase, you must add the products which interest you to the “shopping cart” and follow the steps that are defined on the website. To close a contract of sale with THE COMPANY, you need to complete the order form that we make available to you in electronic format and send it to us, following all the steps.
The contract with THE COMPANY is concluded the moment we receive your order electronically and we check both the accuracy of all the data and proof of payment.
Prior to shipment of your order, you are invited to read the general terms and conditions and you may change your details if they are incorrect. Following electronic delivery of your order, a screen will appear informing you of the order number and that the order has been processed. We recommend that you print this screen in case you do not receive the email that we automatically send to confirm your order and the corresponding order number. THE COMPANY may refrain from processing orders that do not have guaranteed creditworthiness, that are incomplete or in cases where the products are not available. In any of these cases, we will inform you by email or by telephone that the contract has not been concluded, communicating to you the reasons why this has not been possible. In the event that, prior to detecting the problem, the order form has been transmitted and paid, you will be credited with the amount paid.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
THE COMPANY makes available to USERS the following forms of payment: credit or debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. The USER will select the method of payment during the purchase process.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Visa and MasterCard have developed a system for secure payments on the Internet. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the Issuer of the card (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder prior to authorizing the payment by internet. THE COMPANY adheres to this security protocol so that, once you have selected the product to purchase and entered your card number, a window appears from the Issuer which asks for your identification.
Your card and password data are protected by this security system from the moment of entry.
Once the identification is completed, the Issuer informs THE COMPANY that the purchase is being carried out by the cardholder, so that the latter may complete the process. If the identification has not been satisfactory, the Issuer communicates this to the company so that it may proceed accordingly.
This window is outside the control of the Company and any related incident which may occur is the responsibility of your Issuer, whom you should contact in the event of such a situation.
- The following cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, EURO CARD, Maestro and Euro-6000.
- This system is completely confidential and the data will not be able to be seen by third parties.
In the event of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for the purchase, the USER must notify THE COMPANY, by email or telephone, within the shortest time possible, so that THE COMPANY may take the appropriate steps. Providers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures which involve the rejection of certain types of operations, and THE COMPANY bears no responsibility for the application of these type of security policies.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
When selecting the bank transfer payment method, receipt of payment must be notified within a period of less than 48 hours from the order being placed. Should this not be the case, the order will be cancelled automatically. Once the order has been cancelled, THE COMPANY accepts no responsibility for the lack of stock for the order placed which has been cancelled.

PayPal lets you send payments via the internet quickly and securely using a credit card, debit card or bank account. PayPal uses advanced technology to maintain the security of your information. Furthermore, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient never sees your financial information, such as your card or bank account number.
In order to make payments for orders using this system, THE USER needs to have a PayPal account.
The delivery time specified on the website is merely an indication. However, THE COMPANY will strive to respect this deadline, whilst not being responsible in the case of exceeding the initially estimated delivery time. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer according to the following characteristics:
The customer must pay the transportation costs for purchases with home delivery to Spain (Peninsula) for orders less than €75. In the case of deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must pay, in addition to the estimated shipping costs, the relevant customs costs, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. These expenses are to be paid when the order is received, and will not in any event be included in the price paid for the products. The address specified by the customer may be a home address, a place of work or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for the billing and shipping addresses to match.
In the event of being unable to carry out the delivery due to the recipient being absent, the transport agency will leave a note and will attempt to contact by the recipient by telephone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency in order to proceed with the delivery.
- No exchanges or returns are permitted on swimwear.
- All products which are to be exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent.
There are different procedures for carrying out exchanges, returns and/or cancellations which we describe below:
Exchange. Exchange is considered to be the substitution of one product for another. The exchange process must take place within 15 calendar days following shipment of the order by THE COMPANY. Exchanges do not incurr any cost to the customer.

Once the exchange is confirmed, we will send you a postage label which you need to stick on the package and before taking it to your nearest post office.
Return (for non-conformity of the product). Process for arranging collection and refunding of a product which is non-conforming, sent in error or contains a defect. Returns incurr no cost to the customer.
Procedure: Complete the form for exchanges, returns and cancellations (downloadable here) and email it to email@example.com, or contact us by telephone on (+34) 950 426123 or (+34) 655408786 (mobile). Once there is confirmation of the defect or blemish in the product, or the error in shipping, THE COMPANY will send a carrier to collect the package.
THE COMPANY will reimburse the corresponding amount within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which notification of the return is received. However, we may retain the refund until receipt of the defective or erroneous item at our store. The refund will be made with the same method of payment as used in the purchase.
Cancellation. Ability of the customer to return an item to the shop within the established deadline, without having to give any reason or explanation. The customer will be entitled to cancel within a period of 15 days from the day of receipt of purchase. The customer will be responsable for shipping costs associated with the delivery. If shipping costs would have been paid by THE COMPANY due to the order exceeding €75 or for any other reason, €3.90 will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed, corresponding to the amount estimated for Economy home delivery of the order.
Likewise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of undesired items to the adddress indicated.

TERMS OF SHIPPING
We ship wherever you ask us to, via courier or post. See conditions below.
For orders over €75, you will not have to pay shipping costs when you you select the carrier option “Economy Delivery in 48-72 hours” during the purchasing process (valid for mainland Spain, 2-3 business days delivery time).
When free delivery is not applicable, you can choose from the following:

- 48/72 hour postage via the post office, with delivery times ranging between 3 to 5 days for mainland Spain and 5 to 10 days for international.

Delivery times are understood as being counted from the time when THE COMPANY has proof of payment of the purchase amount.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the customer will be responsible for supplements incurred by customs tariffs.
TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Customers and Users. THE COMPANY will assume responsibility for non-conformities which appear within a period of two years from delivery, provided that the customer has informed THE COMPANY of such lack of conformity within two months of being aware of it.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the case of incidents occurring in relation to supply, or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the cost of the product or products which are out of stock will be refunded or a discount voucher will be issued that you may use whenever you wish. THE COMPANY will reimburse the appropriate amount within a period of 3 calendar days. The refund will be made with the same method of payment as used in the purchase.

The present General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit, by their own choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the customer’s domicile.
