In the event of being unable to carry out the delivery due to the recipient being absent, the transport agency will leave a note and will attempt to contact by the recipient by telephone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency in order to proceed with the delivery.

  • No exchanges or returns are permitted on swimwear.
  • All products which are to be exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent.

There are different procedures for carrying out exchanges, returns and/or cancellations which we describe below:

Exchange. Exchange is considered to be the substitution of one product for another. The exchange process must take place within 15 calendar days following shipment of the order by THE COMPANY. Exchanges do not incurr any cost to the customer.

Procedure: Complete the form for exchanges, returns and cancellations (downloadable here) and email it to info@delolas.com or contact us by telephone on (+34) 950 426123 or (+34) 655408786 (mobile). Once the exchange is confirmed, we will send you a postage label which you need to stick on the package and before taking it to your nearest post office.

Return (for non-conformity of the product). Process for arranging collection and refunding of a product which is non-conforming, sent in error or contains a defect. Returns incurr no cost to the customer.

Procedure: Complete the form for exchanges, returns and cancellations (downloadable here) and email it to info@delolas.com, or contact us by telephone on (+34) 950 426123 or (+34) 655408786 (mobile). Once there is confirmation of the defect or blemish in the product, or the error in shipping, THE COMPANY will send a carrier to collect the package.

THE COMPANY will reimburse the corresponding amount within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which notification of the return is received. However, we may retain the refund until receipt of the defective or erroneous item at our store. The refund will be made with the same method of payment as used in the purchase.

Cancellation. Ability of the customer to return an item to the shop within the established deadline, without having to give any reason or explanation. The customer will be entitled to cancel within a period of 15 days from the day of receipt of purchase. The customer will be responsable for shipping costs associated with the delivery. If shipping costs would have been paid by THE COMPANY due to the order exceeding €75 or for any other reason, €3.90 will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed, corresponding to the amount estimated for Economy home delivery of the order.

Likewise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of undesired items to the adddress indicated.
